Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Talendex operates a lead marketplace connecting consumers seeking services (insurance, solar, mortgage, legal) with licensed agents and service providers ("Agents"). We distribute consumer lead data to Agents who subscribe to our platform.

2. Lead Data & Delivery

Leads are consumer-submitted inquiries. We do not guarantee lead quality, exclusivity, or conversion rates. Leads may be shared with multiple agents operating in the same vertical and geography.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds on delivered leads. Once a lead has been delivered to your inbox — whether via Standard subscription or Hot Lead credit — that credit/charge is final. This applies to:

• Hot Lead credits consumed on delivery
• Monthly subscription charges
• Any partial month of service

If a lead is undeliverable (bounced email), contact support within 48 hours for review.

4. Billing

Standard Plan is billed monthly at $430. Hot Lead credit packs are one-time purchases. All billing is handled through Stripe. You authorize Talendex to charge your payment method on the billing schedule selected.

5. Agent Obligations

• You must hold all required licenses to solicit business in your target markets.
• You may not resell or redistribute leads.
• You must comply with applicable telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws (TCPA, CCPA, etc.).

6. Data Usage

Lead data is provided solely for the purpose of making legitimate business contact with the consumer. Unauthorized use, storage, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talendex's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, conversion failures, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Talendex reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
