Data We Collect (Agents)

For agent accounts, we collect: name, email, company name, license number (optional), target verticals, target zip codes, payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us), and lead delivery history.

How Lead Data Is Shared

Consumer lead data (name, contact information, service interest) is shared with agents who:

• Have an active Standard subscription matching the lead's vertical and geography, OR
• Have Hot Lead credits and have configured matching criteria

Lead data is not sold to third parties outside of this marketplace operation.

Data Retention

Agent account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after closure for compliance purposes. Lead delivery history is retained for 3 years.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
